I. General Rules
1. The Flight Award can only be awarded for scheduled domestic and international flights of PLL LOT, excluding charter flights and code-share flights.
2. The Flight Award can be issued for a connection in one way or round trip flight and in one of the three travel classes offered by PLL LOT, i.e., LOT Economy Class, LOT Premium Class, LOT Business Class.
3. The possibility of redeeming Points for a Flight Award depends on the availability of seats on the flight chosen by the Participant.
4. Travel under the Flight Award must start in Poland.
5. In every instance where this Regulation refers to contacting the Program Service Center, it should be understood as contacting via email at: kolekcjoner@lot.pl or by phone at +48 22 45 96 296 during the working hours of the Program Service Center, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
II. Ordering the Flight Award
1. Ordering the Flight Award is possible by filling out a dedicated form available on the Program Website and by making a reservation for the flight chosen by the Participant at the Program Customer Service Center within 10 days from the date of redeeming Points for the Flight Award
2. The order for the Flight Award must be placed a maximum of 6 months in advance and no later than 5 days before the planned travel date.
3. After redeeming Points for the Flight Award, the Participant must fulfill the order within a maximum of 7 days, i.e., confirm the final dates and times of the flights and purchase the tickets. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled, valid Points used will be refunded to the Participant's Individual Account, and Points that have expired by that time will be cancelled.
4. The Participant can order a Flight Award for a flight, where the departure port and the destination port are different, provided that they are placed within the same country.
5. The Flight Award can be ordered and issued for the Participant, as well as for the Participant's Family Members or Travel Partner.
5.1. The Travel Partner is any person designated by the Participant with whom the Participant is traveling together.
5.2. The Participant's Family Members are the spouse, cohabitant /person living with the Participant in a common household/, biological children, adopted children and children taken in for care within a foster family, children of the spouse /if they live in the same household/, parents, siblings (biological or half-siblings).
6. The Flight Award can be used by Travel Partner only together with the Participant, i.e. on the same route and the same flight.
7. The Flight Award can be used by the Family Members of the Participant:
a/ together with the Participant on the same route and the same flight;
b/ together with another Family Member of the Participant on the same route and the same flight;
c/ independently.
8. The Flight Award can be used by the Family Member of the Participant provided that:
a/ completed and signed Statement of the degree of relation of that person to the Participant is delivered to the Program Service Center before the first flight of that Family Member, according to the template which constitutes Annex A to the Regulations,
b/ a scan of the marriage certificate or birth certificate or in the case of a cohabitant, a statement of cohabitant is attached to the statement referred to in point a/ above which constitutes Annex B to the Regulations. The statement of a cohabitant mentioned in the previous sentence cannot be changed for a period of 24 months.
9. The Flight Award can only be issued for a child over 2 years old. The number of Points redeemed for such a Flight Award will be the same as for an adult.
10. If a Participant or Travel Partner is unable to use a Flight Award due to unforeseen circumstances, especially when the Participant traveling with the Travel Partner, the Participant should promptly inform the Program Service Center of this fact. In such a case, the Points for the unused Flight Award will be returned to the Participant's Individual Account in the Program, and the entire reservation will be canceled.
11. If a Family Member traveling alone or with another Family Member is unable to use Flight Award due to unforeseen circumstances, the Participant should promptly inform the Program Service Center of this fact. In such a situation, Points for the unused Flight Award will be returned to the Participant's Individual Account in the Program, and the entire reservation will be canceled.
12. In the event that the Accompanying Person or Family Member of the Participant engages in prohibited actions, in particular those mentioned in point 6.1. letters d, f, and h of the Regulations, the provisions of Section VI of the Regulations shall apply accordingly.
III. Principles concerning Flight Awards
Flight Awards can be issued in the following variants:
a) Poland–Ukraine TICKET (RT) – with the right to reserve, can be issued for a maximum of four segments, transfer permitted only in Poland. Stopovers shall not be allowed. Permitted types of travel: RT as well as SOJ. (award currently unavailable).
b) SHORT HAUL (RT) – with the right to reserve, can be issued for a maximum of four segments – including two serving as a way to arrive at the WAW airport, where the travel outside Poland begins. The first segment must begin in Ukraine or Poland. Permitted types of travel: RT and SOJ. For SOJ travel, the destination and departure airports outside Poland must be located within the same foreign country.
c) Middle haul (via WAW) – confirmed space, can be issued for a maximum of four segments – including two serving as a way to arrive at the WAW airport, where the travel outside Poland begins. The first segment must begin in Ukraine or Poland. Permitted type of travel: RT.
d) LONG HAUL (RT) – confirmed space, can be issued for a maximum of four segments – including two serving as a way to arrive at the WAW airport, where the travel outside Poland begins. Permitted types of travel: RT and SOJ. For SOJ travel, the destination and departure airports outside Poland must be located within the same foreign country.
2.The reservation must be confirmed for the entire route.
3. It shall be possible to combine fares among the three fares offered by PLL LOT, i.e.: LOT Economy Class, LOT Premium Economy (long haul flights and middle haul flights), LOT Business Class. In such a case, the value of the fare and the point value of the award shall be calculated on the basis of 1/2 of the fares.
IV. Changes
- It shall be possible to change dates and times of flights under Flight awards free of charge. It shall only be possible to change dates and times of flights for all passengers under a given reservation (the Participant together with the accompanying person or persons).
- Changing the route shall not be allowed.
- Changing the date or time of travel shall be allowed before the travel begins, no later than 3 business day in advance before planned departure.

- Reservations can be changed only within the business hours of the Program Service Centre (Poland Time Zone 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday).
- The ability to change the date or time of flights shall depend on the availability of seats for the given flights.
- Changing the last name of the passenger who is simultaneously a Participant of the LOT Колекціонер shall not be allowed. It shall be possible to change the full name of the passenger accompanying a Participant of the LOT Колекціонер Program provided that the change is made at least 3 business day before the date when the travel begins.
V. Minimum stay
1. The maximum stay for all flights under the Flight Award is 6 months.
2. Changing the date or time of travel is allowed before the flight begins, no later than 1 business day before the planned departure. To make a change, you must contact the Program Service Center.
3. In case of irregularities occurring after the working hours of the Program Service Center, changes to the reservation can be made through the LOT Call Center. In such a situation, the Participant should promptly inform the Program Service Center about the change in the reservation.
4. Changes to the date or time of flight depend on the availability of seats on other flights and are possible without additional fees. Changes to the date and time of flights are only possible for all passengers who, according to these Regulations, are required to travel together, i.e., the Participant and Travel Partner.
5. Route changes are not allowed.
6. Changing the name of the passenger who is also a Participant in the Program is not possible. It is permissible to change the name and surname on a ticket issued for a Travel Partner.
7. Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of issue of the Flight Award, otherwise, the order will be canceled, and Points that have expired by that time will be cancelled.
8. In the case of a no-show of the Participant, Travel Partner, or Family Member of the Participant at the airport for a flight, the Points for the unused Flight Award are non-refundable. In such a situation, the Participant is obliged to promptly report this fact to the Program Service Center.
These Rules shall enter into force as of September 9, 2025.
