Regulations of the “THE CITY” Incentive Campaign
addressed to cashiers of PLL LOT S.A. agents being members of the LOT PONTGYŰJTŐ Loyalty Programme
A. General Provisions
- The organiser of the incentive campaign titled “THE CITY’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) shall be Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under the KRS number 0000056844, holding its Tax Identification Number NIP 522-000-23-34 and share capital of PLN 62,430,548.32 (paid up in full), hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.
- The campaign shall be addressed to cashiers of PLL LOT S.A. agents being members of the “LOT Kolekcjoner Węgry” [LOT Hungary Collector] Loyalty Programme who shall satisfy the requirements laid down herein.
- The campaign shall start on 2nd of March 2020 and shall end on 30 June 2020.
B. The Rules for the Campaign
- To take part in the Campaign, it shall be necessary to fill in an application form (available in Promotions tab) and approve these Campaign Regulations at www.lotkolekcjoner.pl/hu.
- The Campaign shall consist in making rankings of the Participants in terms of the FARE total of the sold and at the same time executed air tickets during the following flights: Budapest airport – London City Airport - Budapest airport from 02nd March 2020 to 30 June 2020.
- The Campaign shall apply exclusively to the air tickets during the following flights: Budapest airport – London City Airport - Budapest airport which:
- were sold by the Participant from 02nd March 2020 to 30 June 2020
- were executed from 02nd March 2020 to 30 June 2020
- were sold in any booking class for following flights: Budapest airport – London City Airport - Budapest airport, made by PLL LOT
- Twice a month at www.lotkolekcjoner.pl/hu the partial results of the Campaign, in the form of a ranking, shall be presented. The ranking shall apply to the executed FARE.
- Exclusively the sales transactions made independently by the Campaign Participant shall be taken into account in the Campaign. The Participant must not accumulate on their own account any sales transactions made by other cashiers.
C. Selection of the Winner
- The Winners of the Campaign shall be its three Participants who get the biggest FARE total of the sold and executed air tickets from 02nd March 2020 to 30 June 2020 during the flights: Budapest airport – London City Airport - Budapest airport.
- The results of the Campaign shall be announced in the third week of July 2020 at the latest at www.lotkolekcjoner.pl/hu and shall be communicated to the Winners via telephone or e-mail.
D. Awards
- The award for the first place shall be two air tickets for LOT Business Class flight BUD - LCY – BUD while the award for the second place shall be two air ticket for LOT Economy Class BUD - LCY – BUD while the award for the third place shall be one air ticket for LOT Economy Class BUD - LCY – BUD. The time for execution of the tickets - awards shall be from 1st February 2020 to 31 May 2020.
- To collect the award, the Winner shall contact the Organiser via e-mail by responding to the Organiser’s e-mail informing them about winning the Campaign.
- The collection of the Award by the Winner shall be contingent upon the provision to the Organiser of the declaration that the beneficiary has had no relationship with the benefit provider (PLL “LOT” S.A.) under any employment agreement or any other civil law agreement.
- The Organiser shall not be responsible for any incapacity to provide (execute) the Awards for reasons attributable to the Winner.
- The Winner shall not exchange the Awards into cash or any other similar award.
- The Winner shall not transfer the Award onto any third party.
E. Complaints
- The complaints pertaining to the Campaign or the Award shall be reported to the Organiser in writing to the following address: Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. Dział Programów Lojalnościowych, 02-146 Warszawa, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43 within 14 days as of the date of the Campaign settlement or to the e-mail address: kolekcjoner@lot.pl/hu.
- The complaint should be inclusive of the comprehensive description and reason for the complaint, including: date and time of the circumstances complained about, in a given case - e-mail address and contact phone number of the Participant lodging the complaint along with a brief description of the reported reservations.
- The complaints shall be processed within 14 days as of their receipt.
- The Participant lodging the complaint shall be informed about the outcomes of its processing via e-mail address stated in the complaint.
- The decision of the Campaign Organiser with regard to the processed complaint shall be non-appealable as part of the complaint procedure applied by the Campaign Organiser which, however, shall not sever or restrict the rights of the Campaign Participant or Winner to seek their claims under the relevant common laws.
F. Personal Data Processing
- The Organiser shall be the Controller of the Contest Participants’ personal data. The following e-mail address shall be available for contacting with the Organiser with regard to the processing of the Contest Participants’ personal data: kolekcjoner@lot.pl.
- The Organiser shall process the Contest Participants’ personal data for the purposes of:The Organiser has appointed the Personal Data Inspector as the person with whom the Participants may contact via the following e-mail address: iod@lot.pl for matters pertaining to their personal data processing.
- contest execution - under the justified interest of the Organiser that consists in making the Contest and selecting its Winners,
- award settlement - if the Award giving procedure is attached to the establishment of the tax obligation, then the Organiser shall process the Participants’ personal data to satisfy the obligations vested onto them under the relevant laws.
- The personal data of the Participants may be forwarded to the entities providing selected services for the benefit of the Organiser (e.g. marketing, IT, accounting services) - such parties shall process the personal data under the agreement made with the Organiser and solely in accordance with their instructions.
- The data of the Participants shall be saved for the purpose of the Contest execution - during the Contest and until the Contest-based claims have expired.
Should - with reference to the Award release - the Participant’s personal data be inserted in the tax-related documents, then the Organiser shall keep them by the time of the expiry of the obligation arising from tax laws.
- The Contest Participant shall have the following rights with regard to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser, that is:The rights referred to in item 8 may be executed by way of contacting the Organiser via any available means of communication.
- a. the right to appeal against the processing of personal data based on legitimate interest of the Organiser, due to reasons related to one’s specific situation,
- the right to access their personal data - that is, obtaining the information about the Participant’s personal data processed by the Organiser as well as the demand that the Organiser provides their copy
- the right to request rectification of your personal data - by indicating incorrect personal data which concern the Participant and to request their correction or update,
- the right to request deletion of your personal data; The Organiser shall have the right to refuse to delete data in cases specified by law;
- the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data by indicating which data ought to be limited in terms of processing,
- the right to data portability, that is, receiving from the Organiser the personal data concerning the Participant in a structured, commonly applied, machine readable format and the provision of the data to the Participant or to any other data controller (where technically feasible);
- the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in a member state of their habitual residence, workplace or place of alleged infringement when claimed that processing of their personal data infringed the provisions of the GDPR.
- Provision of the data by the Participant shall be voluntary. Failure to provide the personal data shall result in no participation in the Contest.
G. Final Provisions
- The regulations of this Campaign shall be available at the Organiser’s office and at https://lotkolekcjoner.pl/hu/en
- For matters not governed herein, subject, however, to item 6 hereinbelow, the provisions of the “Kolekcjoner” [“Collector”] Programme, available at www.lotkolekcjoner.pl/hu, shall apply.

- The persons who fail to satisfy any of the requirements laid down herein or provide untrue data, shall be automatically disqualified from the Campaign.
- The Organiser shall reserve the right to eliminate those Participants from the Campaign who have breached the rules hereof, in particular item B.5. Hereof.
- The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend these Regulations, provided, however, that such an amendment does not infringe the rights already acquired by the Participants.
- For matters not governed herein, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply along with other relevant laws which are in effect within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
