1. Awards may be ordered at least 24 hours before the planned date of travel during working hours of the Service Center program.
2. Ordering additional baggage in both directions requires ordering two separate awards.
3. The "My extra baggage" award can be ordered only to a previously issued flight award on operational LOT Polish Airlines flights within LOT Pontgyűjtő program.
4. Spending points for "My extra baggage" award on a particular route is dependent on its availability.
5. Resignation of award is not possible.
6. Return of prize is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of points will be returned to the member's account.
