Step-by-Step guide on how to order a Flight award:

1. Log in to your LOT Pontgyűjtő account.

2. Go to the "Spend Points" tab.

3. Select the "Last minute upgrade" category.

4. Fill out the form.

5. After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number*. (*Please note that placing an order does not guarantee award fulfillment. Confirmation of the Flight award depends on seat availability.)
